成人X站 announced the creation of the new Women in Music Series honoring Doris K. Kolb, author and longtime Bradley professor emerita. The initial concert features the Oregon-based band, Joseph. The initial concert features the Oregon-based band, Joseph, made up of three sisters who made their television debut performing "White Flag" on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” followed by appearances on “Ellen,” “CBS This Morning” and NBC's “TODAY.”
The intent of the twice-annual series is to amplify the voices of women in music and provide opportunities for Bradley students to learn the process of producing and promoting live performance.
"Our students will be exposed to the highest level of artistic excellence in up-and-coming bands,” said Todd Kelly, who chairs Bradley’s music department. “From performance contracts, sound and light setup, and artist on-site management, these experiences will prepare our music students for careers in the music industry after graduation.”
Bradley students will have first access to discounted tickets; a limited number of tickets will be available to the public the week of the show.
